Who handles your data
Miradouro Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Mysłowicka 35A/12, 40-486 Katowice, Poland. EU VAT PL9542905765, KRS 0001230700 (Sąd Rejonowy Katowice-Wschód w Katowicach, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS), REGON 544367386, share capital 5 000,00 PLN (“Límpida”). Contact: info@limpida.pt.
What we collect
When you request an installation: name, mobile number, town, postcode, type of property, water source, chosen tap, contact language, notes and two photos of your kitchen. We also keep the campaign you came from (the link’s UTM tags) and, only if you accepted marketing cookies, the Meta or Google ad click identifier.
If you accept statistics or marketing cookies: technical browsing data (pages viewed, device, where the visit came from) collected by Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel.
When you make your cookie choice: the choice, the date and a random identifier, so we can prove consent. We don’t store your IP address or anything else that identifies you.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare and book the installation, issue the invoice and honour the warranty (performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps).
To send you a filter-change reminder, only if you asked for it (consent).
To count visits and understand how the site is used, only if you accepted statistics cookies (consent).
To measure how our ads on Meta and Google perform and to show Límpida ads to people who visited the site, only if you accepted marketing cookies (consent). In that case we send Meta hashed data from your request so it can be matched to the ad.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare (website hosting and the record of cookie choices), Google (spreadsheet, photo storage and email and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and, with your consent, ad measurement), Telegram (an internal notice of each new request, with the two photos, without your name or phone number). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; Cloudflare, Google and Meta do so under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t lead to an installation: up to 24 months. Customer data: for the warranty period and as long as tax law requires. Photos: deleted 12 months after installation. Record of cookie choices: up to 3 years.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@limpida.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies
Necessary (no consent needed, because without them the site can’t do what you asked): your cookie choice and the site language, kept in your browser’s local storage until you clear it; and, after you send a request, your name, town and request reference, kept only until you close the tab, to show the confirmation page.
Statistics (only with your consent): Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 13 months) to count visits.
Marketing (only with your consent): the Meta pixel sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies and Google Ads the _gcl_au and _gcl_aw cookies (up to 90 days), so we can tell whether a request came from an ad and show Límpida ads to people who visited the site.
Until you choose, none of these services is loaded. You can accept or decline each category under “Customise” and change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer; if you withdraw consent, we delete that category’s cookies. We ask again after 6 months.
